Poskytovatel služeb, který poskytuje služby politické reklamy v Unii, ale nemá v Unii provozovnu, má dle čl. 21 nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2024/900 ze dne 13. března 2024 o transparentnosti a cílení politické reklamy a § 21, odst. 1 a 1 zákona č. 234/2025 Sb. o volebních kampaních a o transparentnosti a cílení politické reklamy povinnost písemně pověřit fyzickou nebo právnickou osobu jako svého právního zástupce v jednom z členských států, kde tento poskytovatel služeb nabízí své služby.

Tento formulář vyplňte, pokud chcete registrovat právního zástupce poskytovatele služeb politické reklamy. Registraci může provést jak sám poskytovatel služeb politické reklamy, tak jeho právní zástupce vybavený k tomu plnou mocí.

V rámci registrace je nutné nahrát plnou moc, která splňuje následující požadavky:

  • je předložena v originálním znění
  • je-li originální znění v jiném jazyce než v češtině, je nutné vložit také úředně ověřený překlad do jazyka českého
  • je strojově čitelná
  • potvrzuje, že právnímu zástupci byly poskytnuty nezbytné pravomoci podle čl. 21 odst. 3 nařízení

 

Vyplněný formulář odešlete některým z těchto způsobů:

  1. datovou schránkou poskytovatele služeb nebo právního zástupce (IDDS Úřadu: psn9irb)
  2. e-mailem s uznávaným elektronickým podpisem poskytovatele služeb nebo právního zástupce na adresu podatelna@udhpsh.cz  
  3. dopisem s podpisem poskytovatele služeb nebo právního zástupce zaslaným na adresu Úřad pro dohled nad hospodařením politických stran a politických hnutí, Kounicova 688/26, 602 00 Brno;
  4. osobně na podatelně Úřadu

A service provider that offers political advertising services in the Union but does not have an establishment within the Union is, pursuant to Article 21 of Regulation (EU) 2024/900 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 March 2024 on the transparency and targeting of political advertising, and Section 21(1) of Act No. 234/2025 Coll., on Electoral Campaigns and on the Transparency and Targeting of Political Advertising, obliged to appoint in writing a natural or legal person as its legal representative in one of the Member States where this service provider offers its services.

Please complete this form if you wish to register a legal representative of a provider of political advertising services. The registration may be carried out either by the political advertising service provider itself or by its legal representative duly authorised by a power of attorney.

As part of the registration, it is necessary to upload a power of attorney that meets the following requirements:

  • is submitted in its original wording,
  • if the original wording is in a language other than Czech, an certified translation into Czech must also be provided,
  • is machine-readable,
  • confirms that the legal representative has been granted the necessary powers under Article 21(3) of the Regulation.

 

Submit the completed form by one of the following methods:

a.  via the data box of the service provider or its legal representative (IDDS: psn9irb)

b.  by e-mail with a recognised electronic signature of the service provider or its legal representative to podatelna@udhpsh.cz

c.  by letter signed by the service provider or its legal representative sent to: Office for the Supervision of the Management of Political Parties and Political Movements, Kounicova 688/26, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic

d.  in person at the Office’s filing desk

Po odeslání registrace Vám bude nabídnuto PDF ke stažení a tisku, zároveň obdržíte unikátní kód pro identifikaci registrace. S pomocí tohoto kódu můžete registraci upravovat (dokud nebude schválena ke zveřejnění pracovníky úřadu).
After submitting your registration, you will be offered a PDF to download and print, and you will also receive a unique code to identify your registration. You can use this code to edit your registration (until it is approved for publication by the office staff).
